DELIVERY AND TRACKING

  • 1- How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, and take between 1-3 weeks to be delivered.
Please allow an additional week as we often have very busy periods, and there are also international delivery delays that are out of our control.
  • 2- How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information.
If for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to the email and someone will assist you.
  • 3- What if my order is lost or damaged?
We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.
But please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective.
Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package.
  • 4- Do you deliver orders to my country?
We deliver to the majority of countries around the world.
If there are any issues, we will contact you directly.
  • 5- Are all of the products in my order sent together?
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges or because they are being sent from separate distribution centres.
  • 6- Where are your products delivered from?
Our products are manufactured and sent from all over the world. The majority are delivered from Asia to give you the best possible prices, whilst maintaining a high level of quality.

 

ORDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • 1- Can I return my order?
Yes, returns can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number as well as the reason for your return, and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you.
Once we've received your return, we'll email you with a refund confirmation.

For a list of final sale items, please see our Returns Policy. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.
  • 2- How long is the returns process?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
  • 3- When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
  • 4- Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges can be made up to 30 days after receiving your order.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us and we'll provide you with the closest returns address to you.
Once we've received your return, we'll email you once your exchange order has been dispatched.

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to change your order.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.
  • 2- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'll be happy to cancel your order.

  • 1- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
  • 2- Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
